Rockwell Hardness Testing
Hardness Testing for Alloys: We utilize state-of-the-art hardness testing machines to measure material hardness across multiple Rockwell scales(HRC, HR15N, HRB, HR15T) each suited to specific alloys and properties to ensure the material heat treated responded correctly
Conductivity Testing
For aluminum parts, we use a precision conductivity meter to measure electrical conductivity, which directly correlates to the material’s metallurgical structure. This NDT confirms the effectiveness of heat treatment.
